Hello whoever might be reading this!

I moved from Manhattan to Honolulu a little over a year ago.  When I was in NY, I used to cook and bake all the time.  Once I moved to Hawaii…for some reason…that stopped (Hello Spam Musubi’s and Loco Moco’s!)

A couple of days ago, I was watching the movie Julie & Julia which reminded me of how much I used to love cooking and baking!  So I went to the bookstore and picked up a copy of Dorie Greenspan’s Baking: From My Home to Yours.  Back home and a couple of Google searches later, the best of my luck had landed me on the Tuesdays with Dorie website!

And now I’m ready to get my apron out again…
